JG Mechanic turns standard shops into a professional vehicle tuning and servicing business for QBCore, ESX, and Qbox servers. It moves away from simple markers by providing a tablet-based workflow where mechanics manage quotes, installations, and invoices while interacting with the vehicle. The system covers everything from cosmetic DLC mods to deep handling modifications and long-term maintenance.

### Tuning and Stance
Access the full range of GTA tuning options including the seven Chop Shop plate styles. The UI provides a dedicated preview mode with automatic camera angles and a free camera for inspecting builds. For car culture enthusiasts, the stance system allows individual adjustment of height, camber, and tracking for every wheel. This data is synced via state bags and persists when vehicles are stored in garages.

### Respray and Economy Controls
The respray workflow includes searchable GTA colors, synchronized primary and secondary paint, pearlescent toggles, RGB selection, and chameleon finishes. Supported vehicles can also apply chameleon colors to wheels and interiors.

Pricing can be defined by tuning category for performance work, cosmetics, wheels, paint, and other services. Multipliers can adjust selected jobs, while vehicle-value pricing can read from JG Dealerships, QBShared, or vehicles.meta.

### Performance and Engine Swaps
Go beyond standard engine upgrades with custom engine swaps. You can define V12, V8, V6, or I4 presets in the config and assign custom streamed engine sounds to them. The script also includes a manual transmission swap feature. Mechanics can convert automatic cars to manual using items or society funds, introducing a skill requirement where late shifts can cause direct engine damage. Electric vehicles are automatically excluded from these swaps. Configurable performance parts also cover tires, drivetrain, brakes, handling values, NOS, and custom streamed engine sounds.

### Business Tablet and Dyno
The mechanic tablet is the central hub for shop operations. Mechanics use it to run dyno tests, which take roughly 30 seconds to generate a live graph of horsepower and torque through the RPM range. Results can be shared with the customer or nearby players. The tablet can be opened through a command or inventory item and also handles automated invoicing. Mechanics can create a charge from installed tuning, NOS, or service work, save an invoice for later, resend it, or write one from scratch. Invoice state is synchronized across employees of the same business.

### Servicing and Repairs
Vehicle upkeep is handled through mileage-based servicing. Using the included jg-vehiclemileage resource, parts wear down over configurable distances. Players must visit a shop for inspections and part replacements to keep their vehicles at peak performance. Repairs can be performed via the tablet, specialized repair kits, or duct tape for temporary roadside fixes. Pricing for all services can be scaled based on the vehicle's actual value fetched from your dealership or shared scripts.

### Shop Tools, Items, and Logging
LightingControl+ supplies an inventory item for RGB xenons and underglow, including rainbow and flash effects. Interactable car-lift props can be placed around the map and locked to selected mechanic jobs. Major workflows can use items, including the tablet, tuning orders, stancing, engine swaps, NOS, brakes, repairs, cleaning, lighting, and servicing.

Discord administration logging supports up to seven webhook URLs for important mechanic events.

### Synchronization and Performance
OneSync Infinity state bags keep animations, lighting, and stance changes visible to nearby players without relying on unnecessary permanent client loops. Typical resource use stays around 0.0 to 0.1ms, except while heavier effects such as stancing, NOS, or LightingControl+ are active.
