Overview

Smash N Grab 2.0

Smash N Grab 2.0 lets players loot random NPC vehicles with configurable loot spawns inside the vehicle. Define the odds of loot appearing, the loot types, and the visible loot models, then add more variety with custom loot by vehicle class, specific vehicle model, or in-game location.

Configurable vehicle looting

Control the full smash-and-grab loop from spawn chance to reward type. Loot can spawn in different seats, use different models linked to different loot tables, and reward players with items, money, or openable and lootable items.

Bigger crates may also spawn in moving vehicles such as pickup trucks, giving vehicle looting more variety across the server.

Police, NPCs and minigames

Smash N Grab 2.0 includes a smooth, realistic smash-and-grab system with built-in minigames. Set a minimum police online requirement before loot can spawn, and let NPCs react by alerting the police or fighting the player when the vehicle belongs to them.

Dispatch and interaction support

Use the optional built-in dispatch system or connect supported dispatch resources:

  • cd-dispatch
  • core-dispatch
  • ps-dispatch
  • Police dispatch integration via kq_link

The script also supports 3D text, target, interact, and other systems for player interaction.

Optimized synchronization

The script is highly optimized and does not spawn networked entities, helping avoid the networked entity limit. Loot is still synchronized by the script, so every player sees the same loot.

Compatibility

  • Standalone
  • ESX
  • QBCore
  • Qbox
  • VRP

This resource works on ESX, QBCore, Qbox, VRP, and servers running no framework at all.

Requirement

  • KQ_LINK required

kq_link is a fully open-source solution for linking resources with the framework or dependencies your server uses, including inventories, notifications, and dispatch systems.
