$9.00 Tracker Dart Launcher for Police
Overview

Tracker Dart System

A police-side tracking tool that lets an officer shoot a GPS dart onto a fleeing vehicle and follow it on a live overlay. Built for law enforcement RP where a chase that breaks line of sight should not end the pursuit.

Features

  • Dart Deployment: shoot a tracker dart at a vehicle using a configurable keybind.
  • Single Dart Mode: limit tracking to one active dart at a time for precision and realism.
  • Old Dart Management: automatically destroy the previous dart when a new one is deployed.
  • Overlay Interface: open an interactive tracking overlay on a configurable key.
  • Job Restrictions: lock dart usage to specific jobs like police and sheriff.
  • Tracker System Installation: optionally require players to install a tracking system on a vehicle via an inventory item before darts can be used.
  • Vehicle Restrictions: limit tracker installation to specific authorized vehicles.
  • Dart Capacity: set the number of darts a vehicle can carry for balanced gameplay.
  • Self-Destruct Mechanism: automatically remove a dart after a configurable duration.
  • Blip System: customizable vehicle blips for the tracked target.
  • Optimized Performance: efficient script with minimal resource consumption.

How It Works

  • Install Tracker System: use the required item to install a tracker on an authorized vehicle before use.
  • Open Overlay: use the assigned key to toggle the tracking overlay.
  • Shoot Dart: press the configured key to fire a tracker dart at a vehicle.
  • Dart Limits: vehicles can only carry a set number of darts, keeping tracking balanced.
  • Remove Dart: approach a tagged vehicle and remove the attached dart when needed.

Everything from dart behavior to blip styling and job access is exposed in the config, so departments on your server can be set up the way you already run them.
