Creator support desk
Which creator’s script is this about?
CfxMods fronts resources built by independent FiveM creators, so almost every good answer starts with a brand name. Say whose script it is, which framework your server runs and what you expected to happen. The message is emailed to the store inbox and a person writes back to the address you leave.
After you press send
Three moves, and none of them are automated away.
No status page to refresh and no reference number to memorise. Here is the whole route your message takes.
Support for scripts bought from CfxMods creators
The catalogue here is other people's craft: independent FiveM developers who build a police system, a garage, an MLO or a full economy and publish it under their own name. That is why a support message is nearly always about one brand's resource, and why naming that brand is the single most useful thing you can do. The name in your order email is exactly the name to use.
Asking before you buy
Compatibility questions cost you nothing and are welcome from people who have never bought a thing. Tell us the framework your server runs, the resources you already depend on, and the behaviour you actually need out of it. If a script is a poor fit for your build, hearing that first is better for both of us than a refund conversation later. You can also narrow the catalogue yourself:
Install help that names the resource
Most install problems come down to a missing dependency, a framework version the resource was not written against, or a config value edited into an invalid state. All three are quick to spot when the message carries the creator, the resource name, the console line and the section of the config you changed. A vague report costs an extra round trip before anyone can even guess.
Creators, listings and partnerships
If you write FiveM scripts and want your work fronted here, pick the creator listing topic and describe what you publish, which frameworks you target, how updates reach buyers and where your resources are sold today. Give us something to look at, a demo video or a live listing, and skip the pitch deck.
Orders, files and what you may do with a resource
Download links go out by email as soon as payment is confirmed. If they never landed, or the mailbox they went to has since been cleared, write in from the address the order was placed with and name the resource, and they are sent to that address again. Questions about what you are allowed to do once you own a script, such as editing files, running it across more than one server or passing it on, are answered under the licensing topic. The store terms and the privacy notice cover the written version.
