Ballistic and Riot Shield Script for Police

A shield script for law enforcement RP that gives officers a real ballistic or riot shield to move behind, drop when they need their hands, and place on the ground to hold a line. Configurable end to end, cheap on resmon, and wired for both command and item workflows.

Features

• Shield activation: equip shields from a /shield command or from an item. Both are configurable, and either can be turned off.
• Export implementation: disable the built-in command and items entirely and drive everything through exports for custom integrations.
• Multiple shield types: ballistic and riot out of the box, plus room to add your own custom shields.
• Shield placement and dropping: press X to drop the shield, G to plant it on the ground for cover.
• Weapon compatibility check: shields only work with the weapons you allow in the config.
• Performance optimized: 0.00ms idle, 0.01ms while a shield is being carried.
• Highly configurable: shield models, animations and behaviours are all exposed in the config.
• Disable certain actions: automatically block things like ladder climbing and other controls while the shield is out.

How It Works

• Item: use the item configured for the shield.
• Command: /shield [type] to equip or unequip a shield (e.g. ballistic or riot).
• Drop Shield: press X to drop your shield.
• Place Shield: press G to place your shield on the ground.
