The game itself

Players work out a PIN inside a limited number of attempts, with feedback after every guess steering them toward the right sequence — closer to a codebreaker puzzle than a luck roll. Defaults are a 3-digit PIN and five tries, and both can be overridden per call, so the bank vault can demand a longer code than the corner-store till.

Sensible details

  • Movement, jumping and vehicle-entry controls are locked while the keypad is open, so nobody strafes away mid-crack — and the exact control list is configurable
  • Sound effects ship disabled by default and toggle on in the config
  • A debug mode adds a test command, so you can tune difficulty without wiring up a heist first
