Pickle’s Surgery System — a completely free FiveM surgery script — puts an actual operating table in your hospital instead. Doctors work through procedures step by step with real surgical tools, can bring dead players back by completing an operation, and carry genuine risk, because a failed surgery kills the patient. It runs on ESX and QBCore with ox_lib as the only dependency.

Framework Compatibility
